1. How Ledger is delivered

Ledger is delivered online at ledger.character.xyz. You get access by signing in with the account you used when you signed up. There is nothing to download or install.

2. When you get access

A paid plan is active as soon as your payment is confirmed, normally within minutes. During early access, a new account is opened within 1 working day of your request, and we email you when it is ready.

After every payment we email a receipt and, for payments in Indian rupees, a GST tax invoice to the account owner.

3. Where we deliver

Ledger can be used from anywhere with an internet connection. Your company's data is stored in India, as the Privacy Policy explains.

4. If access does not arrive

If you have paid and cannot sign in within 24 hours, write to support@character.xyz with your payment reference and we will fix it the same working day. If we cannot, the Refunds & Cancellation policy applies.
